Biography

Lived in Kagoshima until graduating from high school, then moved to Osaka.

  • Mar 1993: Graduated from the Department of Information and Computer Science, School of Engineering Science, Osaka University.
  • Mar 1995: Completed Master’s course in Physics, Graduate School of Engineering Science, Osaka University
  • Mar 1998: Withdrawal with credit from the Doctoral Course in Physics, Graduate School of Engineering Science, Osaka University
  • Apr 1998: Assistant Professor at Osaka University (Graduate School of Engineering Science)
  • Oct 1998: Doctor (Engineering), Osaka University
  • Apr 2002: Assistant Professor at Osaka University (Graduate School of Information Science and Technology) (due to reorganisation)
  • Apr 2005: Associate Professor at Osaka University (Graduate School of Information Science and Technology)

Software development support

Research on supporting development environments for distributed software development, using source code repositories, email, etc., as often seen in open source software development, etc.

We are developed SPARS-J, a search system for source code written in Java.
